Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] or call us at 1-501-232-2288. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not an option. Orders that have already shipped are subject to our Return Policy.
Return Policy
Highlights
- To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition.

- Returns must be received within 30 days of the date we shipped the item to you.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping. However, we can email a prepaid return label for your convenience.
- Outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. The outbound shipping fee will be on your order receipt. If you received "Free Shipping" the actual outbound shipping charges as calculated by our website will be deducted from your refund. To calculate the amount we will deduct for a return label, put the exact items in the shopping cart and use the shipping calculator to estimate shipping to your state and zip code.
- IF YOU ARE A LOCAL CUSTOMER, you must bring the product back to the store within 30 days of purchase for a return or exchange. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
DTF Sublimation and Custom Item Terms and Conditions
All DTF transfers, custom prints, and custom-made items are considered final sale due to the personalized nature of the products. Because these items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been processed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, sizing, colors, and order details are correct before submitting their order. We print exactly as the file is provided and are not responsible for issues related to artwork quality, resolution, color variations, or design errors submitted by the customer.
If an order arrives damaged or defective due to a production error, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue to [email protected] so our team can review the claim. If the issue is confirmed to be a production defect, we will work with the customer to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
.Start the Process
- To initiate a return, send an email to [email protected] and reference your order number in the subject line and in the body of the email.
- Indicate what you are returning (the whole order or just certain items).
- Let us know if you would like a prepaid return label.
- If you have a reason for the return, please let us know.
- You should receive a response within 1 business day.
The Refund
- Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to make sure they are in new, unused, and unaltered condition.
- For all items that are in the proper condition, we will process a refund less all shipping charges, within one business day.
- Please remember, refunds to credit cards take 3-5 business days to show up on the customers account.
SMS Marketing
- Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday to qualify for same-day Roadie delivery.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

- Delivery timing is controlled by Roadie
- Route changes and delays are outside of MCS control
- MCS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, driver availability, or other circumstances beyond our control

When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from MCS. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with MCS. MCS reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. MCS also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number or alphanumeric sender where messages are sent. Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from MCS again, just sign up as you did the first time and MCS will start sending messages to you again. If we include a link in messages we send you from MCS, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link. You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply "STOP" from the original number or notify us of your old number at [email protected]. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages. We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. My Craft Source reserves the right to refuse any custom print order.

The Site may contain links to other websites maintained by third-parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience and does not imply endorsement of, or association with, the party by My Craft Source.
Modifications to this Agreement
We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications to this Agreement will constitute acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
Termination of Use
We shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend, in its discretion, your access to all or part of the Site with or without notice for any reason.
Disclaimer of Warranty
You expressly agree that use of the Site is at your sole risk and discretion. Roadie Same-Day Delivery Terms & Conditions
By selecting Roadie Same-Day Delivery at checkout through Roadie, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions from My Craft Source (“MCS”).
Same-Day Delivery Eligibility
MCS reserves the right to decline or reschedule same-day delivery services at any time.
Delivery Area
Roadie delivery is only available within eligible delivery zones determined by MCS and Roadie.
Customers outside eligible zones will not be able to select Roadie delivery at checkout.
Processing Times
Selecting Roadie delivery does not guarantee immediate dispatch. Orders must still be printed, packed, and prepared for pickup.

Driver & Delivery Liability
Roadie deliveries are fulfilled by independent third-party drivers through Roadie.

MCS does not provide refunds for:
