Sublimation Transfers are Heat Transfers that allow for vibrant, full-color transfer printing using a pre-printed design activated by heat. **SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS DO NOT PRINT WHITE INK** If a design shows white areas these will be transparent sections that become the color of your garment.

- Full-color graphic capabilities, including gradients, special effects, and photo-realistic artwork
- Highest-quality sublimation inks and paper
- Superior vibrancy and ultra-rich color output
- Only applies to high polyester and light color garments (recommended 65% polyester or more)
- Excellent durability and has no texture on the shirt
- Ink is absorbed into the substrate/material

APPLIES TO
- 50%-100% polyester
- Sublimation ready materials such as ceramics, mugs, acrylic and wood
TUMBLER PRESS APPLICATION
- Time:80 seconds, rotate at 40 seconds
- Temperature:365° F / 185° C
- Pressure:Firm
- Peel:Hot or Cold
- Recommendations:tape all edges tight, trim edges of transfer with little white on outer edge, rotate tumbler half way through recommended time.
OVEN APPLICATION
- Time:6 MINUTES
- Temperature:400° F / 204° C
- Pressure:N/A
- Peel:Hot or Cold
- Recommendations:tape all edges tight, trim edges of transfer with little white on outer edge, use shrink wrap or silicone bands on top and bottom rim to avoid ghosting.
